I was born and grew up in the Ozark Mountains of Southern Missouri. After graduating high school in Mansfield and received my Bachelor’s degree in Physical and Secondary Education while working my way through school College of the Ozarks in Branson. I earned my Juris Doctorate from Oklahoma City University. While in law school I worked as a Rule 13 assistant prosecuting attorney in Stone County under the guidance of Matt Selby. Since 2005 I have worked in private practice successfully litigating many criminal, domestic and juvenile matters. In addition, I have seen many personal injury matters through to favorable monetary settlements.
In my free time I enjoy hunting and and fishing in the mountains and lakes of the Ozarks. I am a featured hunter on the two different outdoor television shows airing each year on the Pursuit Channel.
In the Spring of 2014 I married my wife Cortney. We have 2 wonderful and energetic children, Annabelle and Hunter.
